GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time and typically reflect in your shan789 Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are processed within one (1) Philippine banking business day. shan789 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or system outages.
All shan789 Wallet balances are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. shan789 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies other than USDT, which is subject to conversion on receipt.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, have not violated these Terms, and have met any applicable Wagering Requirements for Bonus Funds in their Wallet. Only the real-money component of your Wallet balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) is available for withdrawal.
